
Collaboration Award
This award specifically recognises cross-team collaboration in the delivery of a new policy, project or initiative that has significantly improved our service delivery or internal processes. In judging this award, we are interested to learn how knowledge and expertise was shared, how different teams across the organisation engaged and got involved with each other. It is also about offering and seeking different perspectives to develop something new.

Innovation & Improvement Award
This award acknowledges individuals or teams, who have demonstrated an ability to push boundaries, think outside the box and introduce new initiatives or projects that have positively impacted upon the organisation or our customers. It is also about continuously improving, promoting and looking for opportunities to learn and develop. In judging this award, we are interested to learn how thew teams have demonstrated creativity, forward thinking, and effectiveness in improving their work or delivering innovation.

Unsung Hero Award
This award recognises an individual who consistently goes above and beyond their role to support their colleagues on a daily basis, be that in terms of health and well-being or contribution to the success of different projects. They always bring the best to their teams, establish positive relationships with our stakeholders and personify the values of teamwork, dedication, and a positive attitude. This unsung hero may not always receive the spotlight or recognition they deserve, but their hard work has a significant impact on their colleagues and helps to build credibility with our network of clients and other customers.

Team of the Year
This award is open to any team that has shown their commitment to providing excellent customer service be that listening to the voice of the customer or addressing customer issues in a timely and sensitive manner. It celebrates a team that has a solution orientated mindset, overcomes obstacles to meet objectives and embraces and manages change effectively. In judging this award, we are interested to learn how the team works well together, how they communicate, make informed judgements and put the needs of our tenants and other customers first.

Sustainable Practice
This award recognises the efforts of individuals and teams who have shown exceptional dedication to integrating sustainable practices into their daily work. This could include a range of different activities, such as reducing waste, conserving energy, promoting recycling, as well as socially responsible practices such as supporting local communities and ensuring ethical sourcing. Additionally, the award could also be granted to a submission which highlights efforts to improve economic sustainability through cost-saving measures, innovative solutions and long-term planning that benefits our tenants and other customers.
